| DESIGNERS AGAINST AIDS (DAA) Designers Against AIDS (DAA) is a project established to raise AIDS Awareness in the international media and towards young people in the industrialised countries, through different products and events related to music, fashion, art and celebrities that remind them about prevention. DRIVERS OF CHANGE AWARD THE Drivers of Change Award recognises individuals or organisations in the southern Africa region that are making a real impact, especially in developing effective public policies and strategies to overcome poverty. It is awarded in three categories: civil society, government, and business. ALAFA received the Drivers of Change Award for 2008 in the business category. SAfAIDS SAfAIDS is a regional HIV/AIDS information dissemination service based in Zimbabwe. It aims to promote, inform and support appropriate responses to the epidemic in the fields of HIV prevention, care, support, long-term planning and coping with the impact of AIDS. VOICES Voices - the Southern African HIV/AIDS crisis is a personal journey by UK film-maker Daniel Larson that includes interviews with charities and aid organisations, the scientific community, drug companies, activists, politicians and business leaders.
